Full Journal pdf2021-03-20 House Journal Page 0380 SB 24 The following, which was not taken up on the March 19 calendar (page 361), was read the third time: 2021-03-20 House Journal Page 0381 HOUSE CS FOR CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 24(L&C) "An Act relating to holding corporate meetings by remote communication; allowing voting by remote communication at corporate meetings; making shareholder lists available electronically; relating to for-profit and nonprofit corporations; relating to business and industrial development corporations; relating to Native corporations; relating to the Alaska Banking Code; and providing for an effective date." The question being: "Shall HCS CSSB 24(L&C) pass the House?" The roll was taken with the following result: HCS CSSB 24(L&C) Third Reading Final Passage YEAS: 32 NAYS: 0 EXCUSED: 8 ABSENT: 0 Yeas: Carpenter, Claman, Cronk, Drummond, Eastman, Edgmon, Foster, Gillham, Hannan, Hopkins, Josephson, Kaufman, Kurka, LeBon, McCabe, Nelson, Ortiz, Patkotak, Prax, Rasmussen, Schrage, Snyder, Spohnholz, Story, Stutes, Tarr, Thompson, Tilton, Tuck, Vance, Wool, Zulkosky Excused: Fields, Johnson, Kreiss-Tomkins, McCarty, McKay, Merrick, Rauscher, Shaw And so, HCS CSSB 24(L&C) passed the House. Representative Tuck moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause. There being no objection, it was so ordered. HCS SCSB 24(L&C) was referred to the Chief Clerk for engrossment.
